Most of our handyman services fall under the pricing schedule below with a minimum billing of one hour. We also provide free estimates for those jobs that do not fit the houly rate. If the request is for an area outside of the currently defined locations served, then the hourly rate will apply per the chart below.

In addition to the hourly rates, there is a small material handling fee. When the handyman is asked to purchase the supplies (i.e. a lamp, faucet, paint, etc.) for the customer, there will be a ten percent handlig fee added to the total cost of the purchased items.
